The Indian Welding Society (IWS) is the premier professional body representing welding professionals across India. The society is committed to promoting advancement in welding, cutting, reclamation, hard-facing & related technologies, and to providing a forum for professional exchange of information, experience and developments in the field.
Registered under the Societies Act, the headquarters of IWS is located in New Delhi. The Society follows a federal structure, comprising five zones with several centres under each, with a membership strength of more than 2,000 professionals.
